Miss University Eligibility: As long as the contestant meets the 6 month Miss America eligibility rule (6 month NH resident, full-time NH student or full-time NH employee), this competition is open to any currently enrolled student attending, or student accepted for the spring semester and will attend any of the University System of NH Schools (includes UNH, Keene State, Plymouth State University, and the College for Life-long Learning (now Granite State) OR any state of NH Community or Technical College (NHCTI, etc.)
Miss Strafford County Eligibility: open to any 6 month Strafford County resident, full time student at a school in Strafford County, or full time employee in Strafford County.

Eligibility: Open to the runners-up and non-finalist talent and interview winners at each N.H. program held in the 2008-2009 year. Students must remain eligible to compete in N.H. under the Miss America/Miss N.H. eligibility rules. As long as eight contestants compete, two titles will be awarded. Miss NH's Outstanding Teen shall be allowed to compete at Granite State (if she is age & MAO eligible), if she crowns her teen successor after the date of the last local program for which she would have been eligible to compete. |
